High Definition Printing provides an exceptional range of colors and patterns and creates visual textures like no other product.
Prior to printing the patterns, NeoFloor is dyed under pressure at very high temperatures. During this process, the Nylon swells and dyes penetrate through the fibers to give consistent and durable coloring.
NeoFloor High Definition (HD) uses state-of-the-art printing techniques to reproduce patterns and images using vivid colors and fine details, creating visual texture. Creating a unique three-dimensional effect that gives unrivaled depth and richness to any space.
The dye is fixed using infrared heaters and a 100 yard-long steam bath, before a final wash, to remove excess dye. During steaming, again, the nylon is swollen and the dyes penetrate through the fiber. The designs are fixed throughout the fiber and will never wash or wear out.
